Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of digital products and services provided by Aihio Labs Oy (hereinafter "Company"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

4. Registration and User Account

Some services require registration and account creation. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
  • All activities conducted through your account
  • Ensuring the accuracy and currency of information you provide

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

5. Purchasing Digital Products

5.1 Orders and Payment

Digital products are purchased through our online service. We accept payment methods specified on the checkout page. Payments are securely processed through the Stripe payment system.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

5.3 Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase electronically. You will receive access to the product through your user account or via an emailed link.

Important notice: By purchasing a digital product and accepting its immediate delivery, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law.

6. Premium Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Period

Premium subscriptions are fixed-term or ongoing. Subscription terms and duration are specified at the time of purchase.

6.2 Subscription Renewal

Ongoing subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder prior to renewal.

6.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service. Cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing period. Already paid periods are non-refundable.

7. Usage Rights and Restrictions

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our digital products for personal, non-commercial use.

You are not permitted to:

  • Copy, modify, or redistribute content
  • Use content for commercial purposes without permission
  • Circumvent technical protection measures
  • Disrupt service operation or overload systems
  • Use the service for illegal purposes

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in the service, including texts, images, graphics, logos, audio files, videos, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure service functionality and availability, we do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be always available or uninterrupted
  • The service will be error-free or secure
  • Service results will be accurate or reliable

We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You use the service fraudulently or illegally
  • You fail to pay for the service as agreed

You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continuing to use the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumer customers have the right to submit disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
